Short version: this website collects nothing about you. There are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

What this policy covers

This policy covers quietwavelabs.com only. Our apps are separate products with their own privacy policies, which you can read on each app's store listing and inside the app itself.

What we collect on this site

Nothing. This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and has no forms, accounts or logins.

The one exception worth naming honestly: our host, Cloudflare, processes ordinary web-request information in order to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. That is standard infrastructure logging, it is not used by us to build any profile of you, and we do not access it to identify visitors.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads, and Google receives that request in the ordinary course of serving the font files. We receive nothing from it.

If you email us

When you write to [email protected] we receive your message, your email address and anything you choose to put in it. We use that solely to reply to you and to fix the problem you have raised. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your message to anyone else.

Our email is hosted by Purelymail. Messages are kept for as long as they are useful for support history, and you can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Since this website holds none, such a request will usually only concern email correspondence. Write to us and we will act on it.

Children

This site is aimed at healthcare students and professionals and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
